Single read-light snapshot for the current P1 gate-waiver dispatch and next callback guard.

Use this file only after reading index.md. The direct truth source remains docs/plans/active/2026-07-13-5日开发计划-v1.md, with the latest P1 message explicitly overriding R10/date/W30 dispatch gates for the remaining lanes.

Current State

  • meaning:
    • R7 / R8 / R9 are verified; R9 is archived.
    • R10 remains partial: code/build evidence exists, browser/screenshot evidence does not.
    • P1 at 2026-07-12 13:06:48 +08:00 waived the R10->R11 verified gate and accepted R10 as a mandatory residual risk; do not mark it verified and do not wait/ping again.
    • P1 also waived the 2026-07-15 R12 gate and the W30 gates for R13/R14.

Dispatch Guard

  • Current callback gates are empty; R11 is now eligible for dispatch.
  • Do not reopen or ping R7/R8/R9/R10.
  • Gate waiver changes scheduling authority, not evidence truth.
