src/components/BaggageTab.tsx now directly imports and renders QualityFrame + AffixChip on the real baggage surface.
src/components/item/QualityFrame.tsx, src/components/item/AffixChip.tsx, and src/components/item/ItemGallery.tsx exist and support the current Phase 1 quality/affix display path.
src/types.ts already carries qualityTier / affixes / baseStats; src/data/quality.ts and src/data/affixes.ts already serve as top-level bridge exports.
src/index.css already contains the current quality and affix style tokens; npm.cmd run build passed; src/App.tsx and docs/handoff/** were not changed by this lane.
